Homemade Garlic Butter

Garlic; delicious and healthy. Butter; scrumptious and...well, delicious! Combine the two, and you have a universal condiment that you can use over and over again. You'll want to try to keep some on hand in your fridge or freezer. Keep it for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container, or freeze it for about 2 to 3 months.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks of soften butter (either salted or unsalted)

  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced or pressed

  • 1/8 cup of parsley


Instructions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients until well-combined.
